Construction for the new four-story Microtel Inn & Suites began in August of 2020 and completed in May 2021. Located on Route 1 in Milford, Delaware, the hotel accommodates guests visiting Milford and surrounding areas, along with visitors of Delaware’s beach resorts. Guests enjoy a breakfast area, meeting spaces, fitness center, and 77 rooms. Microtel’s new Moda prototype emphasizes Microtel’s modern efficiency aesthetic and also reduces Microtel’s total footprint by 28%.
