GGA began construction on the Hyatt Place located on Wilmington, Delaware’s Riverfront in November 2017. The Hyatt Place opened to the public in early October 2019. The six story hotel features 114 guest rooms, a 12,000 SF banquet center with 4,000 SF of event space, and can hold weddings and corporate functions for up to 200 people. The hotel also features a patio along the Riverfront and a bridal suite overlooking the Christina River on the building’s top floor.
